This year's theme is "Living Together For a Better Tomorrow". Somewhat vacuous sounding, but the goals are positive, if obvious.

- Eat well
- Be happy
- Stop smoking
- Exercise - walk if you can, dance, shadow box.
- Eat well - fruits, vegetables and grains. Minimize saturated fat sources such as meats and fried foods.
- Be happy - interact with people, enjoy music, dance, learn something new and fun, enjoy your meals (may at times contradict Eating well), tell really bad jokes, verbally abuse your kids if it makes you happy.
- Stop smoking - enough said.
